well as our social medias. Prizes missed during promotional periods cannot be backdated.
Participants agree to hold harmless Royal Hearts Club, their respective directors, officers,
members, employees, attorneys, affiliated organizations and agents for any damage, injury,
death, loss or other liability that may result from their acceptance or use of this prize, their
participation in this program, or the use or misuse of any computer terminals or electronic
devices. System malfunctions void all pays and plays. By participating, participants agree not to
contest the outcome of the sweepstakes and to fully comply with the official rules. Prize winners
are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
You may create only one (1) account per person and up to two (2) accounts per household to
participate in the promotional games on the website. A person is defined as an individual identity
with the same name (including nicknames), the same address, credit or debit card(s) and social
security number. A household is defined as a physical location with a street address or an
Internet Protocol (“IP”) address or the device (same phone, tablet, laptop, computer, or another
similar device). For the sake of clarity, the use of fictitious or “made-up” names or “borrowing”
another individual’s identity, even with his or her permission strictly prohibited.
In the event Royal Hearts Club discovers that you have created or are utilizing more than one (1)
account per person or more than two (2) accounts per household, Royal Hearts Club reserves the
right to suspend, close or terminate ANY or ALL of your accounts and void ALL credits
purchased, gifted, bonuses or won as well as cancel ALL pending redemptions or payouts.
Accounts closed for violating this provision will NOT be refunded and both unplayed or
redeemable credits will NOT be transferred from a closed account to an open account even if
Royal Hearts Club, in its discretion, elects to allow one (1) account to remain open.
To participate in promotional games, a person must first create a free user account with Royal
Hearts Club on the website/via text.

Eligibility for 100 sweepstakes credits are granted once daily to use on game of choice, no
donation necessary. Identification methods will be requested to be provided to Royal Hearts Club
as we see fit. Failure to pass identification methods as requested will result in the immediate
denial/closure of player’s account. The odds of winning are the same regardless of if they are
provided in conjunction with a donation or through the no-donation-necessary method.
Royal Hearts Club promotional games are open only to legal residents of the United States of
America, including any of the U.S. Territories, who are 18 years of age or older (for Alabama
and Nebraska, a person must be 19 years of age or older; for Mississippi and Puerto Rico, a
person must be 21 years of age or older) at the time of account creation as per Rule 3 below.
Royal Hearts Club promotional games are intended for participation ONLY by residents of the
United States, including the U.S. Territories. If you are NOT a resident of the United States, do
NOT create an account or play any promotional games on the website, as they are NOT intended
for you. (Royal Hearts Club may perhaps offer its promotional games to international users in the
future but is in no way obligated to do so.) Residents of Utah and Hawaii are prohibited from
utilizing out services as per state guidelines.
Employees, officers, directors of Royal Hearts Club, Royal Hearts Club Charitable Foundation,
or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal
counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies
(collectively, the “Sponsor’s Affiliates”) and members of their immediate families (spouses,
parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same
household (whether related or not) are not eligible to create an account or play promotional
games on the website.
Void where prohibited by law. Royal Hearts Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or
modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Royal Hearts
Club’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined by Royal Hearts
Club in its sole discretion. Royal Hearts Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes
or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any
person to deliberately damage the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of
criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Royal Hearts Club reserves the
right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Royal Hearts
Club’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that
provision.
Royal Hearts Club Reserves the right to refuse service as deemed necessary.

LIMITATION, YOU CONSENT TO ROYAL HEARTS CLUB CONTACTING YOU VIA E-
MAIL AND/OR POSTAL MAIL (AS APPLICABLE) REGARDING YOUR USE OF THE
WEBSITE (INCLUDING YOUR PARTICIPATION IN PROMOTIONAL GAMES ON SAME)
AS WELL AS PROMOTIONAL OFFERS.
In creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful as well
as agree to be bound by the limit of one (1) account per person and/or two (2) accounts per
household. Should Royal Hearts Club determine that any information is false or fraudulent or if
you attempt to create multiple accounts and/or utilize multiple identities relative to account
creation, such activities constitute tampering as per Rule 12 below, your account(s) will be
cancelled and you may be prohibited from future use of the Website; and, in addition, Royal
Hearts Club reserves the right to pursue any and all available legal remedies against you so as to
protect its rights.
It is the account holder’s sole responsibility to periodically review his/her/their account
information and update as appropriate. Royal Hearts Club disclaims any liability arising from the
account holder’s failure to maintain the accuracy of his/her/their account information. The
preceding includes, by way of example only, the receipt of prize monies being delayed (or not
received at all) due to inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid contact information.
It is the account holder’s sole responsibility to maintain the security of his/her/their password or
his/her/their account information (as applicable). Royal Hearts Club recommends that you
properly store your password so as to prevent disclosure, as your account will contain not only
your personal information, but any prize monies won by participating in promotional games on
the website. Royal Hearts Club disclaims any liability arising from the account holder’s failure to
safeguard his/her/their password (or his/her/their Facebook account information) and any
resultant harm caused by unauthorized access to his/her/their account. If you believe that your
account has been compromised, it is your sole responsibility to immediately report to Royal
Hearts Club. While Royal Hearts Club will endeavor to promptly deactivate your account, Royal
Hearts Club disclaims any liability in conjunction therewith.

Any dispute as to the ownership of a given account will be resolved by Royal Hearts Club in its
sole discretion.
ALL DONATIONS ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO
REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR UNUSED, UNPLAYED, OR REDEEMABLE CREDITS.
Acquisition of unplayed credits Without Making a Donation
Royal Hearts Club offers an Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) option where you can
request complimentary virtual currency (“unplayed credits”) so you can participate in any
promotional games without making a donation.
To request a “Redemption Code” via the United States Postal Service please follow the steps
below:
 Handwrite on a 3×5 inch card your first & last name, e-mail address, phone number and
complete mailing address (including zip code); and
 Place this card AND a handwritten self-addressed stamped return envelope with
appropriate postage (a First-Class U.S. mail stamp) inside of another handwritten
envelope with appropriate postage and mail it to:

Upon receipt of your envelope containing the index card, as well as the self-addressed stamped
return envelope, Royal Hearts Club will mail you back a unique “Redemption Code” that you
can use to redeem for your 100 complimentary unplayed credits. Please note that total processing
time from receipt of your request by Royal Hearts Club until you have received the Redemption
Code back in the mail can be up to 4 weeks based on standard processing times and customary
delivery time by the United States Postal Service (“USPS”).
Important Restrictions:
 There is a redemption limit of one (1) “Redemption Code” per individual, per calendar
day. A calendar day is defined as starting at 12:00am CT and ending at 11:59pm CT, with
time being kept by Royal Hearts Club.
 When entering a “Redemption Code” Royal Hearts Club will determine if the
Redemption Code may be redeemed on that calendar day. If the corresponding individual
has already redeemed a Redemption Code on that calendar day, he/she must wait until the

following calendar day to redeem another Redemption Code. Such determination by
Royal Hearts Club is final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.
 All requests must be made by the named owner of the Royal Hearts Club account where
the Redemption Code will be used (i.e., redeemed for unplayed credits).
 The request must be postmarked from the same state as the name owner’s current address
as set forth in his or her Royal Hearts Club account. Requests made from a different
address are void and will not be accepted, even if otherwise valid.
 Each handwritten 3×5 card with accompanying handwritten self-addressed return
envelope must be mailed separately. Royal Hearts Club will NOT accept batched, bulked
mailed or bundled submissions delivered in the same package. Such bulk packages will
not be considered valid and will be voided without notice.
 The outer envelope MUST include your complete mailing address in the return address
section of the envelope located in the upper left corner.
 The outer envelope MUST include sufficient postage (a First-Class U.S. mail stamp).
Outer envelopes without sufficient postage will not be delivered by the United States Post
Office and may not be returned to you if you have not included a return address on the
outer envelope.
 The inner self-addressed envelope MUST include your first & last name, street address,
city, state and zip code AND sufficient postage. Inner envelopes that do not include your
full name and/or address are void.
 The addresses on the inner and outer envelopes must be identical.
 Copied or mechanically reproduced outer envelopes, 3×5 cards, or inner envelopes are
void and will not result in provision of Redemption Code even if otherwise valid.
 The use of stickers, ink stamps, laser printer, photocopiers or mechanically reproduced
3×5 inch cards or envelopes is strictly prohibited and will not result in the provision of
“Redemption Code” even if otherwise valid.
 The use of third-party services or any industrialized process to submit requests is also
strictly prohibited and voids all such submissions and may constitute illegal tampering.
Royal Hearts Club can, in its sole discretion, determine if a third-party service, team,
gang, workshop or any other industrialized process is being applied and declare all such
AMOE submissions invalid.
 Royal Hearts Club is under no obligation to notify you in the event your submission is
not in compliance with any of the rules or restrictions noted above.
 All requests become the property of Royal Hearts Club and will not be returned,
regardless of whether (or not) they are valid.
 Royal Hearts Club disclaims any liability for late, lost, misdirected, postage due,
damaged, destroyed, stolen, incomplete, illegible/garbled or corrupted submissions or for
technological, electronic or programming failure/malfunction/error regardless of cause.

 Royal Hearts Club disclaims any and all liability in conjunction with invalid submissions.
Without limitation, postage will not be refunded.
 Redemption Codes are to be used solely and only once by the individual who received
same directly from Royal Hearts Club. ANY OTHER USE OF REDEMPTION CODES
IS PROHIBITED, WITH SUCH REDEMPTION CODES NOT BEING ACCEPTED,
AS WELL AS POSSIBLE ACCOUNT CANCELLATION, PROHIBITION OF
FUTURE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND ROYAL HEARTS CLUB RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES AGAINST
SUCH PERSON SO AS TO PROTECT ITS RIGHTS.
 
Virtual Currency (“credits”)
Royal Hearts Club uses two (2) types of credits: (a) unplayed credits; and (b) redeemable credits.
Collectively these are referred to as “credits”.
(a) Unplayed credits
Players can receive or earn unplayed credits via multiple sources, including, but not limited to:
initially creating his/her/their account; making a donation; daily bonus; referring a friend that
makes at least one (1) donation; participating in special promotions; receiving a refund or gift
from Customer Support; or acquiring complimentary unplayed credits via the AMOE option as
noted above.
Unplayed credits have no cash value and can only be used to pay for entry fees in any of the
promotional games on the Website. Unplayed credits cannot be exchanged for redeemable credits
and cannot be exchanged for cash or digital gift cards.
(b) Redeemable credits
Players can only receive redeemable credits as prizes in the promotional games. For example, if
an account holder wins a promotional game of bingo, the prize paid and credited to the account
holder’s credits account would be credited as redeemable credits.
Redeemable credits may be eligible to redeem or exchange such redeemable credits for a cash
prize or a digital gift card. Redeemable credits can also be used to pay entry fees in any
promotional game.
(c) General
ANY OTHER USE OF CREDITS IS PROHIBITED, WITH SUCH CREDITS NOT BEING
ACCEPTED AND MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT, PROHIBITION OF
FUTURE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND ROYAL HEARTS CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT
TO PURSUE ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES AGAINST SUCH PERSON
SO AS TO PROTECT ITS RIGHTS.

Without limiting the foregoing, credits are not transferable and cannot be purchased, sold, traded,
or exchanged between account holders. Only redeemable credits are exchangeable or redeemable
for cash or digital gift cards.
At all times, Royal Hearts Club shall own all rights to all credits; and, as such, Royal Hearts
Club grants to account holder — whether in conjunction with a donation, bonus, gift or AMOE
request – a limited, exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to
credits. For the avoidance of doubt, no property right in credits is conferred by Royal Hearts
Club to the account holder receiving said credits under any legal theory.
At all times, Royal Hearts Club shall own all rights to all credits; and, as such, Royal Hearts
Club grants to account holder — whether in conjunction with a donation, bonus, gift or AMOE
request – a limited, exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to
credits. For the avoidance of doubt, no property right in credits is conferred by Royal Hearts
Club to the account holder receiving said credits under any legal theory.
IN ALL CASES, THE AWARD OF A REDEEMABLE COIN PRIZE IS SUBJECT TO
VERIFICATION BY ROYAL HEARTS CLUB. ALL MALFUNCTIONS VOID THE GAME
AND ANY AND ALL REDEEMABLE COIN PRIZE(S) AWARDED. THIS INCLUDES, BUT
IS NOT LIMITED TO, (A) LOSS OF INTERNET CONNECTION; (B) LOSS OF POWER OF
DEVICE; (C) USE OF APPLICATIONS OR PLUGINS THAT ADVERSELY IMPACT THE
NORMAL COURSE OF OPERATION OF ANY ROYAL HEARTS CLUB GAME OR THE
WEBSITE IN ITS ENTIRETY; OR (D) ANY OTHER CAUSE OF A MALFUNCTION
WHETHER BY THE INTERNEY PROVIDER, DEVICE MANUFACTURER, HOSTING
SERVICE OR ROYAL HEARTS CLUB, ITSELF. ROYAL HEARTS CLUB RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO REFUND CREDITS LOST DUE TO A MAULFUNCTION OR TO AWARD THE
RESPECTIVE PRIZE(S). IN THE EVENT THAT ROYAL HEARTS CLUB DECIDES TO
REFUND CREDITS LOST IN A PROMOTIONAL GAME THE REFUNDED WILL BE
CREDITED IN UNPLAYED CREDITS REGARDS OF THE TYPE OF COIN USED TO PAY
FOR THE ENTRY FEE.

Redemption Requests and Payouts.
Prizes will be credited to the winner account holder’s Coin account following the conclusion of a
promotional game in the form of redeemable credits. Subject to specific minimum redemption or
exchange amounts, an account holder may redeem or exchange redeemable credits at any time
once redeemable credits have been reflected in the account holder’s Coin account.
To do so, contact Customer Support, providing the number of redeemable credits to be redeemed
or exchanged, the payout method, your payee information (e.g. – legal name; for Cashapp
payment, your personal cashtag; for ACH payment, (if offered) your bank name, routing number,
checking account number). The legal name on the Royal Hearts Club account MUST match the
legal associated with your Cashapp or bank checking account or the name on the paper check.

In the event that the account holder’s name on his or her Royal Hearts Club account does not
match the name and address submitted at the time of the redemption request and/or does not
match the name confirmed by Cashapp or the account holder’s bank, Royal Hearts Club will
reject and void the payout request and return the respective redeemable credits to the account
holder’s account. Royal Hearts Club will do this without warning or notification and any
redemption request processing fees (see below) will NOT be refunded.
In the event that the account holder’s name on his or her Royal Hearts Club account does not
match the name and address submitted at the time of the redemption request and/or does not
match the name confirmed by Cashapp or the account holder’s bank, Royal Hearts Club will
reject and void the payout request and return the respective redeemable credits to the account
holder’s account. Royal Hearts Club will do this without warning or notification and any
redemption request processing fees (see below) will NOT be refunded.
In the event that a payout is rejected or declined by Cashapp, other P2P services, or your bank; or
a paper check is returned to Royal Hearts Club as undeliverable, the respective redeemable
credits will be credited back to your Royal Hearts Club account balance. Royal Hearts Club will
do this without warning or notification and any redemption request processing fees (see below)
will NOT be refunded.
Royal Hearts Club reserves the right at its sole discretion to refund all or a portion of any
redemption payout back to the credit or debit card or cards that were used to make donations. In
the event that the cumulative prize payout(s) exceed the total donations previously charged to a
credit or debit card any excess will be paid to the requested payout method (e.g. – Cashapp, Gift
Card, Bank ACH, or Paper Check).
You must agree to redemption payout processing fees which may be imposed by Royal Hearts
Club on the redemption of redeemable credits as well as the required minimum redemption
amounts, as follows:

 For ACH Direct Deposit Payouts an account holder may only request a redemption if
his/her/their redeemable Coin balance is 2500 or more ($25 redemption value). Service

his/her/their redeemable Coin balance is 10000 or more ($100 redemption value).
Service not offered at this time.
THE ABOVE-INDICATED RESTRICTIONS ON REDEMPTIONS – INCLUDING
PROCESSING FEES AND PROCESSING TIMES – ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. AT THE

TIME OF ANY AND ALL CHANGES, ROYAL HEARTS CLUB WILL UPDATE THESE
UNIVERSAL PLATFORM RULES ACCORDINGLY. IT IS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER’S
SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THESE UNIVERSAL PLATFORM RULES
PERIODICALLY TO DETERMINE THE CURRENT PROCESSING FEE AND MINIMUM
REDEMPTION AMOUNTS.
Royal Hearts Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to condition the awarding/distribution
of cash or digital gift cards upon verification of the potential winner’s full compliance with the
Terms & Conditions, these Universal Platform Rules, as well as the applicable Game Rules. (The
preceding includes potential winner’s eligibility to create an account and participate in
promotional games on the Website as well as the validity of a particular potentially winning play
in a given promotional game.) Depending on the facts of a given situation, the verification
process may involve the potential winner executing documents and/or providing proof which
corroborates his/her/their compliance with the Terms & Conditions, these Universal Platform
Rules and/or the applicable Game Rules. If a potential winner refuses to cooperate with Royal
Hearts Club’ verification process (or if a potential winner does cooperate, but Royal Hearts Club
determines in its sole discretion that the potential winner has not fully complied with the Terms
& Conditions, these Universal Platform Rules and/or the applicable Game Rules (e.g., proof
furnished by potential winner is determined by Royal Hearts Club in its sole discretion to be
inadequate, incomplete or otherwise unacceptable), such individual’s winner status is voided, no
prizes will be awarded/distributed to such individual in conjunction with the verification process
and Royal Hearts Club shall have no liability to such individual as to same under any legal
theory (with Royal Hearts Club further reserving the right to compel such individual to disgorge
any prizes previously awarded/distributed to him/her/them if also determined by Royal Hearts
Club in its sole discretion to have been received in contravention of the Terms & Condition,
these Universal Platform Rules and/or the applicable Game Rules), such individual’s account will
be cancelled and he/she/they will be prohibited from future use of the Website. In addition, Royal
Hearts Club reserves the right to pursue any and all available legal remedies against such
individual so as to protect its rights.
All taxes on prizes are solely the winner’s responsibility. If in a promotional game you win a
single prize with a redeemable credits value of $600 or greater, you may be required to complete
and execute an IRS W9 Tax Form by providing your full legal name, street address, city, state,
zip, country, and Social Security Number so that Royal Hearts Club may issue you an IRS W-2G
Tax Form and report the winner’s receipt of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service in
accordance with applicable law. Refusal to complete and execute the IRS W9 Tax Form upon
Royal Hearts Club’ request may result in forfeiture of any such prize with such refusal resulting
in cancellation of account and prohibition of future use of the Website.
Royal Hearts Club will only report winnings on an IRS W-2G Tax Form in the event you have a
single win during the calendar year where the individual prize is valued at $600 or greater and
the prizes is at least 300 times the value of the entry free you paid to enter the respective game.
In the event that you have more than one (1) win in a single calendar year that meets the criteria
noted above you may receive a separate IRS W-2G Tax Form for each individual win.

Royal Hearts Club strongly advises that account holders consult with their accountant or other
tax professional.
ROYAL HEARTS CLUB MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND REGARDING APPLICABLE TAXES OR TAX-DEDUCTIBILITY.
All unspecified expenses in conjunction with prize claim (e.g., bank fees if payment via ACH is
selected), prize acceptance and use are the winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes are not
transferable.
Dormant Accounts and Inactivity Fees.
Royal Hearts Club has the right to close inactive accounts of over 60 days. Upon 60 days of
account inactivity, any and all of your unplayed credits will be canceled and voided.
In the event you have redeemable credits, your account will be charged a monthly dormant
account fee of 5,000 redeemable credits each month until your balance of redeemable credits is
less than 5,000. Once your balance of redeemable credits is less than 5,000 the final month’s
dormant account fee will be equal to your remaining balance of redeemable credits.
In the event you are dormant for 180 days, have never made a donation with your account and
your unplayed and redeemable balances are both less than 500 credits, Royal Hearts Club will
permanently close your account and erase all of your personal information.
In the event your account has been dormant for at least 30 days, Royal Hearts Club may – but is
not obligated to — send you a final warning notice that your account will become dormant if you
do not sign in within the following 30 days.
Releases.
You indemnify, release and agree to hold harmless Royal Hearts Club, the Royal Hearts Club
Charitable Foundation, Sponsor’s Affiliates; as well as Cashapp., JP Morgan Chase, Meta, Inc.,
Facebook, Inc., Alphabet Inc. and Google, Inc. from and against any and all claims, expenses,
and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and
property arising out of or relating to your use of the Website (including any promotional games)
and acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of prize monies (as applicable).
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and
consent for Royal Hearts Club and its designees (including the Royal Hearts Club Charitable
Foundation) to use their name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses,
pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part),
and/or statements made by Winner regarding Royal Hearts Club or the Website (including its
promotional games), worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not
limited to, advertising or promotion on behalf of Royal Hearts Club and its designees (including
the Royal Hearts Club Charitable Foundation) in any and all forms of media, now known or
hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, or the Internet, without further

compensation or any limitation, restriction, notice, review, or approval. The preceding includes
but is not limited to media interviews to be conducted by Royal Hearts Club or its designees
(including the Royal Hearts Club Charitable Foundation) upon reasonable request. Nothing
herein in any way obligates Royal Hearts Club or its designees (including the Royal Hearts Club
Charitable Foundation) to use such publicity rights and, by refraining from doing so for any
reason neither Royal Hearts Club nor its designees shall incur any liability of any kind.
Force Majeure
If, for any reason, a promotional game is not capable of running as planned by reason of
infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, fire, flood, storm or other natural cataclysm, epidemic/pandemic, riot, strike, civil
commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Royal Hearts
Club which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or
proper conduct of such promotional game, Royal Hearts Club reserves the right at its sole
discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend such affected promotional game making
prize(s) available for same in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with the
applicable Game Rules for such promotional game, as determined by Royal Hearts Club in its
sole discretion. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, should a promotional game be
cancelled outright, the liability of Royal Hearts Club shall be limited to return to participants in
such affected promotional game of the credits used to participate in same (for account holders
who participate via a donation or without donation). Notice of any such action by Royal Hearts
Club will be posted on the Website.
Additional Limitations of Liability.
Royal Hearts Club is not responsible for:
(a) communications (whether sent to or sent by an individual) or participation in any promotional
game, which are late, lost, garbled, incomplete, inaccessible/blocked, corrupted, jumbled,
misdirected, delayed or damaged, regardless of cause, all of which are void;
(b) incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering,
hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized on the Website
including in any promotional game offered thereon, regardless of cause;
(c) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any
function or feature of the Website or communications (whether sent to or sent by an individual);
(d) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-
systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of
communications (whether sent to or sent by an individual) on account of technical problems or
traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (including but not limited to the Website) or
any combination thereof.

(e) any injury or damage to entrant’s or to any person’s computer or mobile device (or any
information/materials stored therein) related to or resulting from downloading materials from the
Website or using the Website including participating in any promotional game offered thereon.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Universal Platform Rules and the content of any
materials advertising the Website or any promotional game offered thereon, these Universal
Platform Rules shall prevail, govern and control in all respects.
The failure of Royal Hearts Club to enforce any provision of these Universal Platform Rules in a
given instance shall not constitute the ongoing waiver of such provision.
The promotional games offered on the Website are in no way sponsored, endorsed or
administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Alphabet, Google, or Snap
Tampering
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE
WEBSITE, UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE
(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY PROMOTIONAL GAME OFFERED
THEREON), USE A PROGRAM OR “BOT” TO PLAY MULTIPLE GAMES
CONCURRENTLY OR TO AVOID ACTUALLY OPERATING THE GAME OR OTHERWISE
ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD ROYAL HEARTS CLUB IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE

THEREON) WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT,
PROHIBITION FROM FUTURE USE OF THE WEBSITE AND, IN SUCH INSTANCE,
ROYAL HEARTS CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL
REMEDIES AGAINST SUCH PERSON.
